Homemade Bruschetta

INGREDIENTS
Crusty bread, sliced
Garlic clove, peeled
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

PREPARATION

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Arrange slices on a baking sheet and place in oven.
  • Toast until bread is slightly crispy and golden-brown, about 3 minutes.
  • Rub the garlic clove evenly over one side of the bread, or both sides if you really like garlic.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the bread.
  • Repeat with all slices of bread. Enjoy with herbs and sliced fresh tomatoes if desired.
